摘要
标准电容器是高压实验室常用测量设备,其电容稳定性非常重要。本文研究了电容量分别随温度、电压、气压三部分的变化规律。经理论分析认为,电容稳定性与其电极结构、电场强度、内部介质、以及相应部件的机械强度有关。
Standard capacitor is the main measuring equipment in high-voltage laboratory, its capacitance stability is very important. In this paper, the change regular of the capacitance changing with temperature, voltage and pressure is researched. The result of theoretical analysis shows that capacitance stabilization is dependent upon its electrode construction, electric-field intensity, internal dielectric media and the mechanical strength of the relevant parts.
