摘要
目的:观察耳穴压丸对人体内丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的影响,探讨耳穴压丸对体内自由基是否有清除作用。方法:实验于2005-06/08在潍坊医学院校医院及解剖学教研室完成。对象为60~81岁的健康老年人,共32人。取耳穴心、肺、肝、脾、肾、内分泌、缘中、皮质下。常规消毒,用胶布将王不留行籽贴压固定于上述耳穴,嘱受试者每日自行按压4次,历时60d。在受试前、后分别取静脉血3mL分离血清,测定丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶的含量,以受试前后进行自身对照观察。结果:32例受试者有3例因身体不适而中断测试,29例进入结果分析。①血清丙二醛含量:受试前高于受试后[(4.86±0.59),(4.49±0.55)μmol/L,t=2.4703,P<0.05];②超氧化物歧化酶活性:受试后高于受试前[(108.37±20.17),(96.61±18.52)NU/mL,t=2.3127,P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压丸能降低丙二醛含量,提高超氧化物歧化酶活性,对自由基有明显的清除作用,可作为抗衰老的一种简便可行的方法。
AIM: To observe the effects of auricular-plaster therapy malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and explore the scavenging action of auricular-plaster therapy on oxygen-derived free radicals in human body. METHODS: The experiment was carried out in the School Hospital and Department of Anatomy, Weifang Medical College from June to August 2005. Totally 32 healthy elder persons aged 60-81 years were enrolled. The cases were treated with auricular-plaster therapy at the acupoints of heart (CO15), lung (CO14), live (CO12), spleen (CO13), kidney (CO10), endocrine (CO18), central rim (AT2.3.4i), subcortex (AT4) after routine degermation. Cowherb seeds adhered to rubber cement were plastered on the acupoints above and the acupoints were pressed four times daily for 60 days. Before and after the test, 3 mL sample of vein blood was collected from every case respectively for measurements of MDA and SOD contents in serum. Auto-controlled observation was performed before and after the test. RESULTS: Excepting 3 cases out of the test because of the healthy condition, 29 cases of the 32 testees were involved in the analysis of results. ①content of MDA: It was dramatically higher before test as compared with after test [(4.86±0.59), (4.49±0.55) μmol/L,t=2,470 3,P 〈 0.05). ②activity of SOD: It was higher after test as compared with before test [(108.37±20.17),(96.61±18.52) NU/mL,t=2.312 7,P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION: Auricular-plaster therapy can decrease the content of MDA and increase the activity of SOD in serum of human body; therefore it has an obvious effect of eliminating the oxygen-derived free radicals. Auricular-plaster therapy can supply a handy feasible method of antiaging.
