摘要
目的探讨输尿管囊肿的临床表现与影像特征。方法9例经手术病理证实的输尿管囊肿(6例单纯性和3例异位性输尿管囊肿)患者均经超声及静脉尿路造影,其中,3例又经逆行膀胱造影。对全部患者的影像表现进行了回顾性分析。结果静脉尿路造影显示了所有患者膀胱内圆形或椭圆形充盈缺损影,其中,“蛇头”征见于4例,光环征见于5例。超声可直接显示囊肿的大小、形态及囊内液体动态变化。结论输尿管囊肿的影像表现具有一定的特征性,超声与静脉尿路造影均可做出准确诊断,两种方法结合可明显提高诊断准确率。
Objective To discuss the clinical manifestations and imaging features of ureteric cysts . Methods Nine patients with surgically and pathologically proved ureteric cyst which comprised 6 single- and 3 ectopic ureteric cysts underwent ultrasonography（US）and intravenous urography（IVU）, of them, 3 patients underwent retrograde cystography. The imaging findings in all patients were analyzed retrospectively. Results IVU showed intravesical round - or oval filling defect shadows in all patients, of them, ＂snake - head＂signs were found in 4 cases, light - ring signs in 5 cases. US could directly reveal the cystic size, shape and dynamic changes of intracystic fluid. Conclusion The imaging findings of ureteric cyst have certain characteristics while US and IVU can accurately diagnose this disease. The integration of the both modalities can significantly raise the diagnostic accuracy.
