凸轮发动机轴系扭振模态综合分析

摘要 本文采用模态综合技术对凸轮发动机轴系进行扭振分析,即根据凸轮发动机的结构特点,将其划分为若干具有简单形式的子结构,各子结构用有限元法进行计算,选取各子结构的低阶模态参加综合,从而提高分析效率。在样机上进行了扭振测量,并在计算和试验的基础上对凸轮发动机轴系扭报特性进行了初步探讨。 In this paper, the torsional vibration of cam engine shafting system is analysed by us ing the method of modal analysis. According to the structure feature of cam engine, the system is divided into some substructures with simple forms' The torsional vibration of all substructures is calculated by using the finite element method. Low order modes of sub structures obtained are used for the modal analysis of whole system, thus the efficiency of modal analysis may be raised. Torsional vibration measurement is carried out for a sample of cam engine. On the basis of calculation and testing, the torsional vibration charateris tics of cam engine shafting system are briefly discussed.
