摘要
近年来,中国公民开始利用宪法赋予的参与社会管理的权利,通过各种途径和形式直接参与立法,表达利益诉求,从而提高了立法的民主性、公正性。但同时也暴露出我国现行立法体制在公众参与立法方面,还不能完全适应现实需要的一些问题。因此,必须加快建立公民直接参与立法和表达利益诉求的新机制。
As the development of the public participation, China＇s legislation entered a new stage. Chinese people began to use their constitutional rights and joined in the legislative activities. The article is focus on how to build China＇s legislative public participation system to match with the demands of interest expression .
