摘要
生态政治是20世纪60年代末70年代初少数西方发达国家的一种“新政治”现象,此后日益呈现出全球化的趋势。严峻的现实表明,我国也急需实行一场全民动员的生态政治建设。但是,由于我国国民整体的生态环保与生态均衡意识仍然淡薄、政府决策机制及民主政治建设发展仍不完善,因此,必须通过转变价值观念、健全政府决策体系、加强制度建设和立法强度以及推进公众政治参与等途径开展我国的生态政治建设。
Ecological politics is a kind of ＂ new politics ＂ phenomenon which comes from a few of western developed countries at the end of the sixties and the beginning of the seventies of the 20th century, and it demonstrates the trend of globalization day by day. Severe reality indicates that our country needs implementing an ecological political movement in which the whole people should be mobilized. But because people＇s environment-protection and ecology-balanced consciousness is still light, and the government decision-making mechanism and democratic political construction development are still not perfect, therefore, we must develop ecological politics in our country through transforming value idea, perfecting government decision-making system, strengthening the system construction and the legislation intensity and advancing the public politics participation.
