摘要
目的探讨先天性多拇畸形的治疗方法，方法对26例先天性多拇畸形的患者进行手术，通过皮肤切口的设计，骨骼支架的建立，关节的修复，拇外展功能的重建等方面的治疗．结果26例患者术后进行3个月至2a的随访，拇指的外形及功能均取得满意的效果，结论先天性多拇畸形临床治疗需综合考虑才能取得较好的疗效．
Objective To explore the treatment for polydactyly of the thumb. Methods 26 cases were applied to surgical treatment including the design for skin incision, bone adjusting, joint repairing adductlon correcting and so on. Results 26 cases had been followed from 3 months to 2 years, the configuration and function of the thumbs were satisfied. Conclusion In order to have the satisfactory results, the surgical treatment for polydactyly ofthe thumb should consider all the respects including the incision, bone, joint and adduction.
