摘要
介绍了一种利用PIC16F73单片机为核心,进行了相晶闸管整流的简单方案。该方案采用三相桥式半控整流,只有一套触发电路,对三相的进线相序无要求,理论上的电压调节范围为满量程的25%-100%。给出了该方案应用于某厂350kW同步电机直流励磁的运行结果。该电机的励磁电压仅需在满量程的40%~100%范围内可调。该方案适用于焊接和同步电机的直流励磁等场合。
Based on a MCU of PIC16F73, a simple 3-phase rectifier scheme was introduced, In this scheme, the semi-controllable bridge was applied, there was only a set of triggering circuit, and there was no requirement for phase squence adjustment. Theoretically the adjustable voltage range of it was 25% - 100%. This scheme was fit for the welding equipment as well as DL excited magnet synchrous motor. The scheme had been used to a 350 kW synchrous motor and a very satisfying performance is achieved Excited magnet voltage was adjustable at 40% - 100% of full range.
