阐述了市场经济条件下建立和完善企业定额的重要性和迫切性，讨论了企业定额和社会定额的关系，指出企业定额是企业管理工作的关键，是科学管理的基础，提出了建立企业定额的途径和办法。
The importance of establishing enterprise quota in quota and socialquota is discussed. It is pointed out that enterprise quota is the key to enterprise management. Finally,somemethods for establishing enterprise quota are proposed.
