Effects of Organic Additives on Electrodeposited Ni-Fe Nanosized Alloy Materials

摘要 研究了糖精、香豆素、十二烷基硫酸钠、柠檬酸钠、抗坏血酸(维生素C)、氨基乙酸(甘氨酸)6种有机添加剂对电沉积N i-Fe纳米合金的综合影响。通过对所制合金中镍、铁含量,耐腐蚀性和结合力的测定,经扫描电镜对合金表面微观形貌表征证实,所获得的合金镀层为颗粒细致、尺寸均匀、表面平整、光亮、致密,热力学性质稳定,具有硬度大、耐腐蚀性能优良的N i-Fe纳米合金。 The effects of six kinds of organic additives saccharin, coumarin, sodium lauryl sulfate, sodium citrate, cevitamic acid( vitamin C ), amino acetic acid(glycine) on electrodeposited Ni-Fe nanoerystalline materials were studied. The alloy tests in nickel-iron content, rot-proof properties and combination capacity show that the alloy panel is thermodynamically stable, considerablly hard and well rot-proof, and SEM for alloy surface features demonstrates that the alley panel is as delicate as a grain, regular-sized, smooth, shining as well as tightly-knit.
