摘要
山东鲁碧公司原生产32.5级矿渣水泥是采用混磨工艺,其吨水泥成本高达173.69元。为降低水泥生产成本,进行了矿渣掺石膏和熟料掺石膏的分别粉磨方案工业性试验,在工业性试验成功的基础上,进行了水泥粉磨生产线的相应流程、装备等的调整与改造,投运后矿渣掺量由原30%左右提高到55%左右,且改善了水泥性能,吨水泥生产成本降为156元,获得了较好的经济效益。
To decrease cement production cost, Shandong Lubi Company alter cement grinding system from mix grinding process(under the process, the cement cost was 173.69 ynardton) to respective grinding process sucessfully by industry experiment of respective grinding scheme. Through alteration and adjustment of related process and equipments, slag mix content of the grinding system can reach 55% (before the conversion, the parameter is about30%)and the cement performance is improved, the cement production cost is decreased to 156 yuan/ton, economic benefit is good.
