摘要
目的 分析胰腺损伤的诊断与治疗方法。方法 对12例胰腺外伤患者的诊断、手术方法、手术效果厦并发症的处理进行总结。结果 12例中发生并发症3例，无1倒死亡。结论 胰腺损伤术前很难做出诊断。关键是剖腹探查，胰腺损伤应选择合理的术式，才能减少并发症的发生。

Conclusion The pancreas injuvy surgical operation havded to do a diaglosis before. The Ry is a laparatomy operation. The pancveas injury should choose the reasonable suryicd opevaotion meathod. Then cun veduce the locurrence of the coamplitions.
