摘要
“十一五”期间,社会各方对长江口、杭州湾滩涂湿地所提供的发展空间和生态环境提出了新的更高要求。为此,从长江口、杭州湾的发育模式、自然演变的规律、利用与保护的历史和当前的实际情况等出发,提出了实现河口滩涂湿地资源动态平衡的指导思想、总体思路、技术路线、操作方案以及滩涂湿地自然保护区与非自然保护区调整与置换等具体方法。
During＂Five Eleventh＂ all aspects of the society require the shoal and wetland of Hangzhou Bay to have higher development space and ecological environment. So starting from development mode, natural evolution pattern, utilization and protection history and current practical situation of Changjiang River Mouth and Hangzhou Bay, a leading idea, general thinking, technical route and construction scheme on realization of resource dynamic balance as well as specific methods of adjustment and replacement between natural protection zone with non-natural＇s of shoal and wetland of the bay are put forward.
