摘要
利用蒽醌类成分与醋酸镁反应显红色的特性，用比色法测定唐古特大黄中蒽醌类成分含量。测定结果：唐古特大黄中蒽醌含量在5—30μg／mL范围内，浓度与吸光度之间线性关系良好（r=0．9949）；样品的平均回收率为98．58％，RSD为0．51％（n=5）。说明该方法简便、快速，结果可靠。
A method to determine the content of anthraquinones in Rheum tanguticum Maxim is established by colorimetry. The results show calibration curve is linear（r = 0.9949） in the range in 5 - 30 μg/mL for 1,8- dioxyanthraquinone, the mean recovery is 98.58%, with RSD of 0.51% （n = 5）. This method is simple, quick and credible.
