摘要
利用蒽醌类成分与醋酸镁反应显红色的特性,用比色法测定唐古特大黄中蒽醌类成分含量。测定结果:唐古特大黄中蒽醌含量在5—30μg/mL范围内,浓度与吸光度之间线性关系良好(r=0.9949);样品的平均回收率为98.58%,RSD为0.51%(n=5)。说明该方法简便、快速,结果可靠。
A method to determine the content of anthraquinones in Rheum tanguticum Maxim is established by colorimetry. The results show calibration curve is linear(r = 0.9949) in the range in 5 - 30 μg/mL for 1,8- dioxyanthraquinone, the mean recovery is 98.58%, with RSD of 0.51% (n = 5). This method is simple, quick and credible.
