摘要
国有企业改革的进程受组织惰性的影响。从文化、体制和运营三个方面对国有企业改革中组织惰性进行的剖析表明,克服组织惰性应先从观念入手,变革文化惰性,实现价值观创新;在体制上消除体制惰性产生的根源;在经营管理实践中变革运营惰性,确保国有企业改革的成功。
The reforming of state-owned enterprise has been affected by organizational inertia, and the paper analyzed from the aspects of culture, system and operation. It shows that in order to overcome organizational inertia and ensure the success of reforming, we should start from changing conception, eliminate cultural inertia, realize value conception innovation; clear up systematic inertia fundamentally; overcome operational inertia in the practice of running and management.
