摘要
我国当前城市住区规划建设中存在着一系列突出问题,这些问题违背了我国现代住区建设的目标要求。分析了国外新城市主义的规划设计思想和理念,指出其具有多方面的积极价值,可以为我国的住区规划建设提供有益启示。
There are some obvious problems exiting in urban housing planning in China, which violate the goals and requests for modern urban housing construction. The design concept and idea of foreign new urbanism has various positive values, and they will provide enlightenment to our housing planning construction.
