摘要
目的:建立鉴别木香、川木香、土木香的方法。方法:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长为254 nm,流速为1 mL·min^(-1),柱温为30℃。结果:在选定色谱条件下,建立了稳定可控的高效液相色谱图;应用主成分分析法、系统聚类分析法将药材分成三类,并计算相似度。结论:应用高效液相色谱法鉴别木香、川木香、土木香是可行的。
Objective: To identify Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Vladimiriae and Radix Inulae. Method:The fingerprints were obtained from Waters 2695 instrument ,the HPLC was performed on a Kromasil C18 (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) analytical column gradient eluted with methanol - water at the flow rate of 1 mL · min^ - 1. The temperature of column was 30 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. Result:Principal components analysis and clustering analysis were used in the identification of the samples, and the similitude was computed by computer. Conclusion: The method can identify Radix Aucklandiae, Radix Vladimiriae and Radix Inulae.
