摘要
目的:探讨前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo-PGE1)对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:制作大鼠肝脏部分缺血再灌注模型,观察Lipo-PGE1对肝脏缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肝脏中超过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和血清中谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶和乳酸脱氢酶含量变化的影响,并取肝脏组织作病理检查。结果:与对照组相比,Lipo-PGE1治疗组可提高缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肝脏中SOD活力;降低再灌注肝组织中MDA含量;明显改善肝功能;肝脏病理检查肝组织损伤减轻。结论:Lipo-PGE1对大鼠肝脏缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用。
Objective:To observe whether Lipo-PGE1 provides protective effect on the hepatic ischemic- reperfusion injure.Methods: Hepatic warm ischemia/reperfusion was performed in rats.Lipo-PGE1 was used in hepatic ischemia-reperfusion models while in control group saline was given.The hepatocellular injury, oxidative stress associated with hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury were assayed.In addition,the hepatic histology was evaluated after the ischemia-reperfusion injure.Results:Compared to the control group,Lipo-PGE1 treated group had significantly lower malondiadehyde,signifieantly higher superoxide dismutase,and better hepatic function.The pathological changes of injured liver were less than those of control group.Conclusion: Lipo-PGE1 attenuates hepatic warm ischemia/reperfusion injury in rats.
