摘要 CD44分子是目前研究较多的一类细胞黏附分子(adhesion molecule),临床资料表明CD44分子在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌的侵袭、转移关系十分密切,可作为一项诊断胃癌、预测胃癌转移潜能、判断胃癌转移与否、监测机体荷瘤状态的生物学指标。本文主要综述CD44分子的生物学特性、在胃黏膜组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润、转移的关系。 CD44 molecular is a kind of cell adhesion molecule attracting more debating in recent years . The clinical data showed that the expression of CD44 molecular in the tissue of gastric cancer is intimately related to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. It can be used as a biological parameter in diagnosing gastric cancer, predicting the potency of metastasis,judging the gastric cancer's metastasis or not, monitoring the condition of tumor in the organism. This article mainly, overviews the CD44 about its bionomics, the expression in the gastric mueosa, and the relationship with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
