摘要
通过生化培养箱对3种冷季型草坪草进行4种温度热胁迫处理,测定胁迫处理与自然条件下叶片的浸泡液的电导率和植株体内游离脯氨酸含量的变化,比较了3个冷季型草坪草品种间的耐热性能的差异。结果表明:3种冷季型草坪草的电导率大小顺序为:紫羊茅<草地早熟禾<多年生黑麦草;脯氨酸的含量大小顺序为紫羊茅>草地早熟禾>多年生黑麦草;其耐热性能的强弱顺序为:紫羊茅>草地早熟禾>多年生黑麦草。
3 winter-lawn grasses were treated for four heat treatments. The conductivities and proline contents were determined in plants. At the same time, their heat tolerance was compared. The result showed that there were obvious differences of tolerance among 3 species of winter-grasses. The conductivity of Festuca rubra L. was the lowest but the proline content was the highest among 3 species,both Poa pratensis L. were the second,the conductivity of Lolium perenne L. was the highest but the proline content was the lowest,which indicated that Festuca rubra L. had stronger heat tolerance than the others.
