阐述了反垄断的现状和必要性,介绍了反垄断立法应该从我国的实际国情出发,借鉴国外的成功经验,体现效率优先、兼顾公平的法律理念,构建一种有效竞争的目标模式。
The present situation and necessity of counter-monoply are expounded. Introduces that the counter-monopoly legislation should embark from the actual condition of our country, profit from the overseas success experience, manifest the idea of efficiency first, and give dual attention to the fair. A goal mode of effective competition should be constructed.
