摘要
目的探讨多药耐药相关蛋白(multidrugresistanceassoliatedprotien,MRP)在急性白血病(acuteleukemiaAL)患者骨髓涂片中的表达及其与临床疗效的关系。方法采用免疫组化染色技术检测42例AL患者骨髓涂片中MRP的表达。其中初发AL29例,复发13例。按FAB分类:其中急性淋巴细胞白血病(acutelymphocyticleukemiaALL)10例,急性髓细胞白血病(acutemylogenousleukemiaAML)31例。结果初发AL患者MRP的表达阳性率(17.2%)与复发患者(46.2%)有差异。骨髓涂片中MRP表达阳性患者化疗缓解率54.5%低于MRP表达阴性患者95%,具有统计学差异。结论AL患者骨髓涂片中MRP的检测是判断疗效的一个简便可行的方法,对其疗效有其一定影响关系。
Objective To explore the expression and clinic significance of multidrug resistance protien（MRP） in bone marrow smears of patients with acute lenkemia（AL）. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect MRP protein expression in 42 AL patients of bone marrow smears . Including： 11 cases ALL,31 cases AML,29 cases de novo AL,13 cases relapsed AL. Classified according to FAB ： 10 cases of acute lymphocytic leukemia ALL , 31 cases of acute mylogenous leukemia AML. Results There was difference between the positive rate of MRP protien in patients with de novo AL and in patients with relapsed AL （ 17.2 % vs 46.2 % ）. The CR rate of chemotherapy was lower in patients with MRP expression than that in patients with negative expression（54.5% vs 95% ）. Conclusion The MRP expression in bone marrow smears is a simple and helpful method for the treatment response of AL.
