摘要
对东西关水电站水工建筑物的安全监测进行了介绍。叙述了设计原则、闸坝枢纽的原型观测布置、厂房枢纽的原型观测布置、监测内容，并就实施中存在的问题提出了处理建议。
The safety monitoring of hydraulic structures for Dongxiguan Hydroelectric Plant is introduced.The design principles,the prototype observation layout of sluice and powerhouse structures and monitoringcontents are described. The treatment suggestions are presented on problems existing in execution.
