摘要 利用紫茉莉茎提取物对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostellaL.)、菜粉蝶(Pieris rapaeL.)、斜纹夜蛾(Prodenia lituraFabr.)的生物活性进行了测定。结果表明,用茎氯仿提取物处理菜粉蝶卵5 d后,对其具有较强的杀卵作用,校正死亡率达82.76%;氯仿提取物对小菜蛾具有较强的产卵驱避作用,3 d后的驱避率为87.40%;紫茉莉茎石油醚提取物对4龄菜粉蝶幼虫具有较强的触杀活性,在取食3 d后的校正死亡率达85%,取食5 d后的校正死亡率达100%;在取食第3 d与第5 d后,茎氯仿提取物对4龄菜粉蝶幼虫均表现出较强的拒食活性,拒食率分别为96.80%与99.67%。4龄菜粉蝶幼虫在取食氯仿提取物处理的甘蓝叶碟7 d后的毒杀效果为87.50%。 The extracts from stem of Mirabilis jalapa L. are used to determine their bioactivity to Plutella xylostella L, , Pieris rapae L. and Prodenia litura Fabr. The results indicated that the chloroform extract has the strong killing egg effects (82.76% of the corrected mortality after 5d to Pieris rapae L. and drive effects 87.40% of drive rate after 3d to Plutella xylostella L. ) The petroleum ether extract has the better contact effect to 4th age larva of Pieris rapae L, and the corrected mortality are up to 85% after 3d and 100% after 5d respectively, the chloroform extract has the strong anti-feeding effect to 4th age larva of Pieris rapae L. and the rates of anti-feeding effect are 96. 80% after 3d and 99. 67% after 5d respectively, and the chloroform extract has the better toxicity effect to 4th age larva of Pieris rapae L. and the toxicity effect is up to 87.50% after 7d.
