摘要
详细阐述了电力通信网综合管理系统的原理和运行方式,着重分析系统对于告警处理流程和分析手段的功能需求。同时在对比目前常用的告警处理技术基础上,进行故障告警机制的设计与实现。通过告警信息标准化和过滤,精确定位故障所在,为管理系统在告警灵活处理上提供了一个标准平台,使系统可以更好地应用到其他模式的设备管理中。使用该管理系统能够缩短维护人员判断和排除障碍的时间,保证电力通信网络的稳定运行。
This paper explains in detail the principle and operation mode of management system of integrated electric power telecommunication network. It focuses on analyzing system function for alarm procedure and the means of analyzing. Comparing the techniques adopted by alarm system widely, it describes the design and realization of the fanlt alarm mechanism. It points out that by standardization and filtration of fault alarm information, the fault can be found and a standard platform for handing the fault flexibly is provided. It also mentions in the paper this system can be applied to other equipments management. The fault judgment and analysis time can be shortening and a stable operation is guaranteed in the integrated electric power communication network.
