摘要
职业技术学校的实习教学有其自身的特点和规律，本文从教师的角度出发，探讨如何遵循这些特点规律及在整个实习教学过程中如何采取相应教学方法，培养学生的学习兴趣，提高学生的技能。
The practice teaching of vocational school has its own traits and rules. That, As a teacher, how to follow the trait and rules and how to use corresponding method in the practice teaching to cultivate the interesting to study and improve the skill of students is discussed in the paper.
