摘要
目前我国软件企业存在R&D人员储备不足、R&D人员结构层次不合理、R&D人员岗位设置单一以及R&D人员调度与分工不合理等R&D人员配置问题。提出了“完善金字塔型人才体系与技术等级晋升制度、开展多种方式的R&D人员培训、实行R&D人员分类分级调度管理”等策略试图优化R&D人员配置等措施,进而提升R&D人力资本价值与软件企业的核心竞争力。
Recently there are many problems in the R&D staffs configuration,such as the insufficient amount of R &D staffs,the unreasonable structure of R&D staffs,the simplified post of R&D staffs and the unreasonable allocation and division of R&D staffs etc. In order to optimize R&D staff configuration, this paper put forward perfect pyramid staff system and technical hierarchical promotion institute,various ways of R&D staff training and R&D staff allocation by classifying and grading. Finally the value of R&D human capital and core competition of software enterprise are improved.
