摘要
采用放射免疫分析方法对４５例不同临床分期的老年单纯收缩期高血压病（ＩＳＨ）患者血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）浓度进行检测，结果表明：ＩＳＨ患者血浆ＥＴ－１浓度明显高于正常对照组，ＥＴ－１与收缩压之间存在着显著正相关，而且Ⅲ期组血浆ＥＴ－１水平明显高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期组。提示：ＥＴ－１可能参与了ＩＳＨ的发病过程，血浆中ＥＴ－１浓度的增加在一定程度上反映了ＩＳＨ的严重程度。
The changes of endothelin-1 (ET-1 ) in elderly patients with systolic hypertension (ESH)at different stages were studied. The results showed that:the levels of ET-1 in ESH were higher than those in normotensive subjects. Positive correlation was found between the levels of ET-1 and systolic blood pressure (SBp) in ESH (r = 0.764 ,P< 0.01).The concentration of plasma ET-1 in stage Ⅲ of ESH were higher than those in stage Ⅰand stage Ⅱ(P<0. 01). The data suggest that ET-1 may involved in the pathogenesis of ESH and the level of plasma ET-1 may be considered as anindex of the patient's condition in ESH.
