摘要
高校档案管理创新是时代发展的必然要求,创新的关键在于人的创造力的充分发挥。档案管理必须贯彻以人为本的管理理念,更好地发挥服务功能,才能有所作为。
In this essay, the author sets forth that university archive management innovation meets with the needs of the times. The key of innovation lies in the free display and sufficient safeguarding of man＇s creativity. With the advance of science and technology, people gradually come to be aware of the significance of the archive informization. However, reasonable importance should be attached to the concept of people-oriented archive information management to serve the society better.
