安倍晋三顺利当选日本自民党总裁并出任内阁总理大臣。从日本国内“派系平衡”政治和经济结构性矛盾来看，安倍内阁的国内政策同其前任不会有根本性差别。在外交上，小泉内阁轻视亚洲的政策导致日本外交关系严重失衡，安倍内阁将会奉行何种外交政策，对中日关系将会产生何种影响，还要拭目以待。
Shinzo Abe has successfully been elected leader of Japan's Liberal Democratic Party and will become its new Prime Minister. In view of the 'balance of factions' in Japan's domestic party politics and economic structural contradictions, domestic policies of the Abe cabinet will have no substantial differences with its predecessors. As far as its foreign policies are concerned, since Koizumi cabinet followed a policy of underrating Asia, resulting in a serious unbalance in Japan's diplomatic relations , we will wait and see what kind of foreign policies the Abe cabinet is to follow and what effects will be produced to China-Japan relationship.
