摘要
目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合通心络对早期糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿的影响。方法将血压正常的52例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分成厄贝沙坦组(26例)和联合用药组(26例)。均服用厄贝沙坦150mg/d,疗程16周,联合用药组加用通心络胶囊4粒,每日3次。结果治疗8周后,联合用药组血液流变学各项指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),24h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率也较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01);厄贝沙坦组变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗16周后厄贝沙坦组24h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),但联合用药组疗效好于厄贝沙坦组(P<0.05)。结论治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病患者,厄贝沙坦与通心络胶囊联用,能快速、有效降低24h尿总蛋白及尿白蛋白排泄率,改善肾功能。
Objective To observe the effect of combined use of irbesatan and tongxinluo on change in urinary albumin in patients with early diabetic nephropathy. Methods Fifty - two early diabetic nephropathy patients with normal blood pressure were divided randomly into the combined group with irbesartan 150 mg daily and tongxinluo 4 pieces,third a day, and the irbesartan group with irbesartan 150 mg daily. The course was sixteen weeks. Results After 8 weeks,the indicators of blood viscosity were decreased（P 〈 0.05）in combined group compared with those before therapy and proteinuria and albuminuria were significantly decreased（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The irbesartan group had no change. After 16 weeks＇ treatment, the irbesartan group had significantly decreased in proteinuria and albuminuria （P 〈 0.01 ） , but the effect of combined group was superior to irbesartan group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Combined ad- ministration of tongxinluo with irbesartan has good effects in decreasing protcinuria and albuminuria in ear- ly diabetic nephropathy in short term and in protecting the renal function.
