摘要
以黑液为原料,利用反相微乳法制备木素微球,并以其代替部分苯酚制备出低成本的木材用酚醛胶粘剂,最佳工艺条件下产品的粘结强度为2.7Mpa;将制得的粘合剂和骨胶共混得改性粘合剂,改性既增加了酚醛胶粘剂的粘结强度,又大大降低了骨胶的凝固点,改性粘合剂的粘度为61 mPa.s,粘结强度为9.9 Mpa。
The lignin micro spheres were recovered from black liquor by the water-in-oil emulsion technique. The low costing and limbering phenol-formaldehyde adhesive was made with lignin. The felt intensity of adhesive in the best technics is 2.7Mpa. The adhesive was modified by mixing with bone glue. The modification not only improves adhesive strength but also falls solidifying point. The viscidity of modified adhesive is 61 mPa·s; The felt strength is 9.9 Mpa.
