摘要
对来凤县的实地调查资料显示,我国西部民族地区中等职业教育供需矛盾明显,其原因在于地区经济发展动力不足、中等职业教育与地区经济发展水平不相适应,为此,必须从教育外部和内部两方面入手解决教育供需矛盾,在教育外部营造有利于职教发展的改革环境和舆论氛围,教育内部改革中等职业学校的运行机制、管理体制,调整专业和课程改革,两者协调促进西部地区中等职业教育的良性发展。
The outcome of investigation to Laifeng county snow that, the confliet between supply and demand of secondary vocational education in west folk region in China is obvious, and the reasons are： the developing motivation of regional economy is insufficient, secondary vocational education don＇t adapt to the development level of regional economy. Therefore, the conflict must be solved from two aspects： building contributive reform environment and atmosphere outside education; reforming operation and management mechanism, adjusting specialty and reforming curriculum inside education, and eventually promoting the benign development of secondary vocational education in west region through the harmonization of the two.
