摘要
三维并行工程(3D-CE)是协调产品设计、流程设计和供应链设计的方法和技术,同时也是一种基于时间竞争的运作管理的新方法,突破了传统的二维并行工程,将并行工程扩展到供应链的设计;QFD是并行工程的使能工具;在阐述传统的质量屋存在一些缺陷的基础上,提出了一种拓展的质量屋(EHOQ);三维并行工程与拓展的质量功能展开(EQFD)结合使用,组织可以将顾客的个性化要求通过EQFD技术展开为产品设计、流程设计和供应链设计;从而实现满足顾客的个性化定制要求,同时也缩短了产品从研发到上市的时间,获得更大的竞争优势。
Three -dimensional concurrent engineering (3D- CE) is a method coordinating designs of product, flow and supply chain, as well as a new method of operation management based on time competition. The 3D -CE breaks through the traditional two - dimensional concurrent engineering and extends to the design of supply chain. Quality function deployment (QFD) is an enable tool of concurrent engineering. Based on the analysis of limitations of traditional house of quality, an extended house of quality is put forward. Combining three - dimensional concurrent engineering with extended quality function deployment, organizations can deploy the customer personalized demand into designs of product, flow and supply chain. It can not only meet customer's requirements but also shorten the time from product development into market and obtain more advantages.
