摘要
根据ＭＦ浸渍纸贴面定向刨花板的结构特点和现场混凝土施工条件，对ＭＦ浸渍纸贴面定向刨花板钢框模板进行了受力分析与力学计算。确定了模板在允许应力和允许挠度的范围内，在不同支撑条件下的允许载荷。力学计算的结果表明，ＭＦ浸渍纸贴面定向刨花板钢框模板在结构上是合理、适用的；在合适的支撑条件下，其承载能力可达５９ｋＰａ以上。
According to the characteristics of the OSB overlaid with MF resin impregnated paper and the condictions of constructions, the mechanical analysis and calculation were made for the steel framed OSB formwork, and the allowable loads in various conditions were determined in this paper. The results of the mechanical calculation showed that the maximum allowable load of the designed formwork could reach above 59 kN/m 2 in a suitable supporting condition, and it could meet the requirements of the ordinary construction very well.
