解决“三农”问题的关键是农业产业结构调整,调整的思路是:根据需求结构变换和调整农业产品结构;追踪产业结构演变趋势培育农业产业体系;依靠科技创新推进农业结构升级;协同城市化进程调整农村劳动力结构;统筹区域优势培育农业产业特色.
The key to solve ＂three agriculture＂ question is the industrial structure adjustment of agriculture and the mentality is： Transformed adjust the industrial structure of agriculture according to the demand ; Trace the evolution tenderly of industrial structure and cultivate agricultural industry system; Push agriculture structure promotion depending on innovation of science and technology;Adjust the rural labor force structure coordinating urbanization advancement;Cultivate the special characteristic of agriculture industry according to the region superiority.
