摘要
编织部件是针织圆纬机的核心部件,是影响针织圆纬机生产效率及布面质量的关键。论述了编织部件中三角、织针等成圈机件与编织工艺的关系,介绍了针织圆纬机三角、织针等关键机件的设计要求。
Cam, knitting needle and cylinder etc. are core components of the circular knitting machine, they are key factors which affect the quality of the circular knitting machine. This paper introduces the design requirement and calculation of the important components of circular knitting machine such as cam, needle, and so on, by means of the relations between the knitting trait and the knitting technology.
