摘要
将40只4周龄雄性Wistar小鼠随机分成4组。其中,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加100 mg/kg、150 mg/kg、200 mg/kg二氢吡啶,探讨二氢吡啶对雄鼠生长性能及生殖激素分泌水平的影响。结果表明,试验组小鼠平均体增重、血清FSH、LH和T的水平均显著高于对照组。
Forty 4-week-old healthy male Wistar mice were divided into four groups randomly. The control group was fed with the basal diet, and the other three were fed with the same basal diet supplement with 100mg/kg,150mg/kg and 200mg/kg diludine respectively, to research their growth performance and procreation incretion. The results were as follows： the body gain of experimental group was significantly improved than the control group. The concentration of FSH, LH and T in serum of experimental group was higher than the control group.
