摘要
采取切实措施加强企业工会工作,推进工会组织领导下的维权机制建设,认真做好农民工维权工作,团结动员广大职工为实现“十一五”规划建功立业,将是当前和今后一个时期工会工作的重点。推进工会重点工作必须讲究工作策略。
In order to improve the trade union.s work of enterprises, it is of great importance to strengthen establishment of the system of safeguarding rights, especially, to firmly safeguard the rights of peasant laborers. What＇s more, broad masses of the workers and staff members should be organized to render meritorious service and make a distinguished career in order to realize the Eleventh Five-year Plan. In the process of work, the tactics of work should be taken.
