摘要
通过对北京市体育设施现状的分析,从城市总体规划和规划实施管理两个视角,研究北京体育设施建设与城市发展目标、城市规模、城市布局,特别是与城市居民需要的相互关系,并建议创建良好的法制环境以促进体育设施的顺利建设和全面发展。
Analysing the statue quo of Beijing＇s sports facilities and from the angles of overall urban plan and plan execution, the paper focuses on the relationship between the construction of Beijing＇s sports facilities and the urban development object, city scale, urban layout, especially the demands of urban citizens, It is suggested that a catisfactory legal environment should be created so as to facilitate the construction and development of sports facilities.
