摘要
高校后勤社会化改革经历了由浅入深、由简到繁的过程,期间既有丰硕的成果,也有棘手的难题。回顾二十多年高校后勤改革走过的艰难历程,分析归纳出五个阶段及其特点,并对这一改革的成就和经验进行了总结,在此基础上对高校后勤改革发展进行了展望,以期对继续推进和深化高校后勤社会化改革有所裨益。
socialization reform on logistics in the universities has been through a process from superficial to deep, from simple to complex. During the time, great achievements have been gained while some difficulties arouse. In this paper, we look back the past twenty years in which logistics reform proceeded in the universities, analyze and sum up the five phases and their features, furthermore we conclude the achievements and experiences of this reform. At last, we prospect the reform future in the expectation that it will be helpful for advancing and deepening the socialization reform of logistics in the universities.
