摘要
利用ANSYS软件,对宁夏地区最大温差条件下土工格栅在延缓半刚性基层反射裂缝中的作用进行分析。结果表明:在基层尚未产生裂缝时,加铺格栅可有效地减小结构内塑性应变,格栅铺设最佳位置为基层顶部;基层开裂后,土工格栅可有效地改善路面结构的受力情况。使用格栅来防治半刚性基层的反射裂缝时,应注意验算所用格栅抗拉强度是否能满足当地的温度变化产生的应力。
This paper utilizes ANSYS software to conduct analysis to the fhnction of geo - engineering grid in retanl reflection crack in semi - rigid base course. Result shows that the grid may effectively reduce plastic strain inside structure prior to crack forms in base course, the optimum laying position of grid is on top of the base conres. If there is a carack on basse coures, laying geo- engineering grid may effectively meliorate the stress on pavement struature. When usiong grid to prevent reflection crack on semi - rigid base course, we should pay attention to check if the anti - tensile strength of grid used meets with the stress generated from local temperature variation.
