摘要
目的开发从废烟叶中提取纯化茄尼醇的新工艺。方法采用渗滤、析晶、重结晶三步法提取分离,库仑滴定法测定含量。结果新工艺提取纯化茄尼醇的含量>90%。结论建立了简便的从废烟叶中提取茄尼醇的新工艺。
OBJECTIVE To provide a new extract procedure of solanesol from abandoned tobacco leaves. METHODS Three - step extract procedures were used and the solanesol contents were measured by Coulometric titration method. RESULTS The solanesol was successfully extracted from abandoned tobacco leaves with the content of 90%. CONCLUSION A new, simple extract procedure of solanesol from abandoned tobacco leaves was established.
