摘要
分析了我国公路建设发展和道路交通安全对车辆的新要求,指出了汽车研发和用户对最高车速认识与要求上的差异,提出了最高车速定义的补充内容,进一步强调了高速巡航设计与高速巡航设计车速的概念。
The new requirements of highway construction development and the road traffic safety to the vehicles is analysed. The differences between automobile R＆D and the user in the maximum speed understanding and the requirements is pointed out, The definition supplement of vehicle maximum speed is given. The high speed cruising design concept and the high cruising design speed concept are emphasized.
