摘要
护士长是护理队伍中的骨干,也是科室管理的“领头羊”,护士长的管理能力和综合素质直接影响着护理工作的质量。特别是新时期的护士长,面临着新形势下的考验,只有不断学习,不断改进,运用行之有效的管理方法,才能提高护理质量,搞好科室的工作。
Head nurses were the cadreman in management of nursing, the management ability and integrative quality of head nurse were affected quality of nursing directly. The head nurse in new epoch faced more trial undernent new postion, so they must studied and improved management method ceaselessly and using effective management, the quality of nursing may improved.
