摘要
研究了不同浓度壳聚糖涂膜对芒果(台农1号)保鲜效果的影响,结果表明:壳聚糖涂膜能够推迟芒果果实乙烯高峰的出现,抑制果实呼吸强度,延缓可溶性固形物升高,抑制果皮转黄和果肉变软,减少失重,延长芒果贮藏时间,且对芒果采后病害有抑制作用;在供试的4种浓度中,以1.5%壳聚糖涂膜的保鲜效果较好。
The effects of chitosan coatings (0.5%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% ,W/V) on the preservation of tainong 1 mango fruits were investigated during storage at room temperature, The results showed that chitosan coating delayed the respiration and ethylene peaks , delayed the accumulation of total solid solubles, inhibited the change of pericarp color, significantly reduced the weight lo~ and the ripening process of harvested mango fruit was delayed. The result of 1.5% chitosan coating among the four different treatments was the best.
