摘要
本文从“转会”现象谈起,试图分析传统图书馆行业被冷落的原因是图情人员没有为社会提供社会发展所需的高层次服务;没有自己的学科精神与学科思维的传承;没有馆员资格认证的社会职业保障制度。所以提高服务层次,弘扬图书馆学理念,培养学科思维,建立资格认证制度是确认并提升图书馆员社会价值的根本途径。
Focusing on the phenomenon Of ＂librarians＇ changing profession＂, this paper explores the reasons why the job of librarians is no longer a welcome -vacation. Firstly, librarians are unable to offer high -level service to meet the needs of the development of the society. Secondly, there is no disciplinary theme or disciplinary perspective in the study of libtaries. Thirdly, there is no social vocational system to ensure the authentication of a librarian,s certificate. Therefore the fundamental way to raise the social value of librarians is to improve their service, develop disciplinary theme or perspective in the research of libraries, and establish a system to authenticate the libratian＇s certificate.
