摘要
采用大型有限元分析软件Ansys建立了FQFD49×2×3型清粉机的筛格的有限元模型,分析清粉机筛格的应力分布规律。分析结果表明筛格各节点的应力为周期性变应力,应力集中在筛格框条底部焊接连接部位,筛格所受水平方向上的弯曲应力稍大于垂直方向上的弯曲应力,筛格的强度有较大的过盈,可进一步进行尺寸优化。
To analyse the stress of the filter box of the purifier, the model of the filter box of FQFD49 × 2 × 3 purifier is built by the large FME Ansys analysis software. The result shows that the nodes of the model are stressed by cyclical forcing,the stress is concentrated on the jointing points of the bottom of filter box and the stress of level direction is slightly larger than the one of vertical direction. The size of the filter box can be optimized further because of the surplus of its intensity.
