摘要
运用模板法并结合酸碱对理论来合成多孔材料TiPOx,并对不同条件下所得到的TiPOx材料分别用广角X射线衍射、低角X射线衍射和N2吸脱附等实验进行了表征。实验结果表明:煅烧时间和煅烧气氛等因素对多孔材料的孔结构影响不大,它们并没有改变孔的类型和孔的有序性,影响孔结构的主要因素是煅烧温度,当煅烧温度达到600℃高温时,材料的孔洞发生坍塌,孔的有序性变差。
Ordered porous titanium phosphate materials were prepared by use of template method combined with the acid-base theory. The samples were attained under the different conditions and were characterized by large and small angle X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption/desorption techniques. It is found that the time for calcinations and different gas flow during the calcinations were insignificant, which didn't change pore type and porous order. The calcination temperature mainly worked on the porous and ordered structure. The pores of ordered porous titanium phosphate materials began to collapse and became disordered at 600℃.
