从整合创新角度研究企业核心竞争力 被引量：1

摘要 提升企业核心竞争力是我国企业面临的当务之急。本文从整合创新角度在研究企业核心竞争力,以人的行为与企业运作相对比,分析构建企业能力转换模式,论述企业整体运作和核心竞争力产生的源泉,同时利用整合创新环,定位分析企业核心竞争力与企业功能、竞争力的区别,以期加速我国企业提升核心竞争力的进程。
